Use of Service
You agree to use Gold Association Pro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the service to violate any laws, infringe on rights of others, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the platform's operation. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify your association administrator immediately of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Association Responsibilities
Associations are responsible for managing their members, businesses, and financial data. Associations must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Gold Association Pro provides the platform but does not assume responsibility for association governance decisions.
Data and Privacy
Your use of Gold Association Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement appropriate measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for backing up your important data.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Gold Association Pro are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Gold Association Pro is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Gold Association Pro at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. Association administrators may also terminate member access as needed.
